Release of Nomination Packets

In the interest of affording concentrated efforts to both excellence in sports and excellence in work performance, the 1999 EXCEL program packets will be released immediately after the conclusion of the South Pacific Games on Monday, June 14. This year, 64 calendar days or 44 workdays will be provided in submitting your nominations on or before August 17, 1999.

What is EXCEL ?

EXCEL is the Governor of Guam's Employee Recognition Program. EXCEL 99 will honor those outstanding employees of the Government of Guam for the period of January 1, 1998 thru December 31, 1998.
